Wonderful place to get a quick meal and excellent service

Havent even received our food yet, we just had to compliment Cindy! She was so friendly... she is the reason we will come back to this spot! And the food is good. Sometimes simple good customer service is all we need

The guy who designed their drive thru is a GENIUS!

If you are in Wilmington and want Chick-Fil-A then you must visit this location. Food is consistently correct and prepared with care - my strips are ALWAYS crispy :] I drive 20 mins to this location when there are several much closer, have yet to be disappointed.

Mr. Murrill's viral video should be played to all new employees across all platforms in the fast food industry. wow! This is how you take an order! I live in Mesa Arizona and have not experienced service at this location but if I am ever in the area I would love to get an order by this young man.

First instance of bad service. Added to order. Paid additional charge of 9.00 when order received added items were not included..was told to pull over..long wait no one came to my carFinally asked a server to look into missing items..Assistant Mgr asked to see receipt I wasn't given one. Told him my total came to 29.60..after I long while he begrudgingly brought missing item..over 20 minutes wasted..by then food from order was cold..not good experience!!!6

Amazing location with efficient and kind employees (as usual with CFA)

Every time I go to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, i order many sandwiches. I asked them for some mayo but, at the end they only gave my 2 packs. TWO PACKS OF MAYO FOR MANY SANDWICHES, THATS MAKES NO SENSE. EVERY TIME.

The drive thru coordinator in the bow tie made my day. Despite the heat, he was energetic and fun and seemed to be truly enjoying every moment of it. Thanks for putting a smile on my face!

Always the best! The staff here is truely awesome! Line was taken care of very quickly, and when I received my order, man everything was perfect! Hot spicy sandwich, hot fries and a perfectly blended Sprite and Diet Lemonade! This is my favorite location! Tables are always clean and crumb-free! Plus the bathrooms are always clean and always stocked. This place deserves an award for being so amazing!

The managers have this place in check. The drive thru is fast and efficient. Try the online app, and your food will be ready, just get in line.

Delicious. It's also incredibly busy at meal times, but the lines move quickly. The chicken salads are my favorite and I also love the nuggets dipped in ranch and then buffalo sauce. But, I'm pretty sure everything on the menu is great, give it a try!

The food (CHICKEN NUGGETS) was good except I didn't get to eat my Spicy Southwest salad, because the SOUTHWEST salad dressing was not placed in the bag and THAT was VERY disappointing! I could not eat the salad! I would've given 5 stars otherwise!

I go to this CFA at least 3 times a week on average. I ALWAYS do mobile orders and I never wait longer than 5 minutes. This morning I placed my order and headed there. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and one car waiting curbside along me. I watched the drive thru get full TWICE and I watched at least 5 cars show up curbside after me, ALL got their food before me, mind I was there before them. I waited 20 minutes before I could get a simple breakfast meal that was COLD. Really disappointed in this CFA, guess I’ll be going back to the one on Market.

Wonderful management! I do Doordash, and they're always on point. They are organized and work so well during busy times, which is always :p They're food is amazing. So fresh. This review is making me crave their food... :D

The best chick fil a in town!!!!! Everyone is so nice especially Jeremiah. They alway make sure you have what you need and satisfied with your visit! I drive across town just to come to this one.

I love coming to Chick-fil-A but this location right here always fails the expectation of fast food. They have an app to order ahead but you might as well order at the drive thru. I’ve been waiting outside for my food for 20 mins now. Along with another customer who’s been waiting longer than myself. I even asked the employee where I should go to pick up food and he said park at the designated area. Completely ignored afterwards.

Usually great service but waited 15 minutes when I ordered 2 large sweet teas. I had to ask a worker where my order was, then she questioned me twice about my order before she brought it out.

Really great chick fil a. Our order was made quickly and it was the perfect tempature. Highly recommend this location.

Very organized, HELPFUL & though they were extremely busy, the service was fast. Great group of young men & ladies.

Overwhelming positivity is welcome in this world. The two employees who greeted me, on the drive thru lane as well as the window, were very kind. Excellent service! Excellent food!

Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Market or by Mayfaire. Will find a way to mess up your order each time you go. Terribly disorganized and employees are not friendly except the one guy who went viral. Don't waste your time and money going here. I have had too many bad experiences here.

It's great! Love the milkshakes. But always a 10 minute wait just to order in the drive thru. Always always always do the mobile app order curbside!
